Mr. Loh has over twenty-five years of brokerage and consulting experience, successfully representing individual, institutional and international clients in the San Francisco Bay Area commercial property market. Mr. Loh's partial list of past and present clients includes Kaiser International, Bank of America, Neptune Orient Lines, American President Companies, California Federal Bank (CalFed), and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Oakland. Mr. Loh also has extensive experience working with commercial and multi- family developers in site selection, land acquisition and entitlement processes.

Mr. Loh has held numerous municipal, state and federal appointments, including recently serving as President of the Board of Commissioners for the Port of Oakland. In 2002, Mr. Loh was appointed by the Bush Administration to serve on the Board of directors for the United States Merchant Marine Academy in King's Point, New York.

An established and well-respected multi-family investment broker for over twenty-five years, Mr. Loh previously served on the Board of Directors of the Oakland Board of Realtors. Mr. Loh is a recipient of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM), as well as a recipient of the Certified Property Manager designation (CPM®). Mr Loh received his Masters of Business Administration from San Francisco State University.

A partial list of Mr. da Silva's clients include Bank of America, Citicorp, Harding ESE, a MACTEC company, the County of Alameda, Far East National Bank, Pacific Gas & Electric Co., Maisons Marques and Domaines USA, and the Oakland Hebrew Day School. Mr. da Silva is a graduate of Boston College.

Ms. Daley-Smith joined LOH Realty & Investments as a Broker Associate in 1987. She has over thirty years of multiple residential and commercial investment real estate experience. She has been a Treasurer, Equal Opportunity Chairwoman, Arbitration/Professional Standards Committee Chairwoman, Political Action Committee Board Member Trustee, Vice-President, and was awarded Realtor Associate of the Year - all for the Oakland Association of Realtors. Ms. Daley-Smith specializes in the purchase, sale and trade of apartment buildings and small commercial buildings. With her considerable experience, industry knowledge and personal approach, she has successfully assisted both first-time and seasoned real estate investors.

Ms. Loh graduated from UC Davis in June 2005. She initially joined Wellington Property Company while getting her real estate license, and shortly afterwards joined the Commercial Sales Service Group with LOH Realty. She specializes in residential income sales and management. She is currently the President of the local Montclair Business Networking International (BNI) Group, and is also a member of Oakland Rotary #3.

Denise Wharton-Morris, Associate

Denise has been a resident of Alameda for fifteen years.  Denise brings with her twelve years of experience in business-to-business technology sales and negotiations for corporations such as ATT, Cingular and Verizon. She is a licensed real estate agent and has been with LOH Realty & Investments since 2005. She provides services in retail and office leasing, as well as investment sales.  Since 1998, she has also acquired experience in home building which includes the entire building process; from drafting plans, pulling permits, working with municipalities, selecting and negotiating with contractors, construction, to managing inspections and finals.  Denise received her B.A. in International Relations from University of California, Davis and her M.A. in International Affairs from Golden Gate University with a focus on International Business.  She enjoys the complexity of Commercial Real Estate and looks forward to a continued career in the East Bay..

Martin Chan, Associate

Mr. Chan has twenty years experience in real estate investing and property management, specializing in East Bay residential income properties. Mr. Chan exemplifies the knowledge, tenacity and professionalism today's investors require for their investment transactions. He has a B.A. in Archeology with a minor in Business Administration. Mr. Chan switched to real estate sales after 13 years of negotiating corporate contracts in the software industry. He has been successful representing both buyers and sellers in achieving their goals.

Kevin Nakahara, Associate

Mr. Nakahara joined LOH Realty & Investments in 2002. He specializes in assisting buyers and sellers as well as tenants and landlords with completing commercial real estate transactions in the East Bay market. An East Bay native, Kevin has also produced market studies for clients in several Oakland property sub-markets, including the Grand Lake/Lakeshore District. He is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles.

Sean-Michael Callahan joins LOH Realty & Investments having been in the real estate industry for the past four years.  Prior to attaining his real estate license, Sean-Michael worked at First American Title Insurance Company in capacities ranging from National Commercial Services sales to being a part of their Corporate Staff’s (National Homebuilder) Urban Services at their headquarters. Sean-Michael graduated from Santa Clara University in 2000, and played five years of professional soccer in Sacramento, Atlanta, Virginia Beach, and Seattle, Washington.

A successful individual investor and experienced property manager, Mr. Lee possesses more than twenty-seven years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Together with Paul Loh, WPC's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Lee presently owns and manages real property assets of approximately $100 Million. He is a graduate of California State University of Hayward. He has a B.S. in Industrial Psychology and a minor in Business Administration.

Ms. Mills joined LOH Realty & Investments as a Sales Associate in 2004. In addition to her sales position with LOH, Ms. Mills is an Assistant Property Manager for Wellington Property Company, an affiliate of LOH. Her accounting and office management background, along with her excellent organizational and people skills, are a most welcome addition. As well as working full time, Ms. Mills is continuing her college education and plans to complete her Certified Property Manager designation in the next few years.
