Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Loh is a proud Oakland native and graduate of Bishop O’Dowd High School and the University of California, Berkeley (B.A. in Legal Studies). She also studied Peak Performance at Stanford University and Intellectual Property Law at Harvard University prior to earning her CalDRE license in 2005. In 2019, Jennifer earned her Brokers license. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors,

Jennifer has executed nearly 1000 residential leases for clients throughout the San Francisco East Bay, making her one of Oakland's prominent residential and multi-family leasing specialists. Her breadth of experience in property management and asset management are accredited to her tenure with LOH's affiliate company, Wellington Property Company, where she gained operational insights applicable to income-generating properties; and executed various value creation strategies around clients' budgets and investment goals. With her commanding knowledge of the overall rental and investment market, Jennifer is currently transitioning to commercial brokerage with a focus on multi-family, where she hopes she can assist new and seasoned investors acquire and sell assets. She also assists entrepreneurial clients to locate and secure space for new and creative businesses that enhance the local community.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys entrepreneurial "side-hustle" endeavors (she's a 3X founder); playing golf at Claremont Country Club (her home course as a previous member of NCAA Cal Women’s Golf); taking her Rottweiler Bella on long walks through the Crocker Highlands and Piedmont neighborhoods; watching Warriors games; and drinking Napa Cabernets.
