Mrs. Jillian Loh Kearns was born and raised in Oakland, CA. She graduated from UC Davis in June 2005 and joined the family business right out of college.
After starting her career at Wellington Property Company (WPC), she became a real estate salesperson by December 2005. Within her first 6 months, she closed a $2 million transaction.
In 2006 she became a Broker Associate. In 2009 she completed the rigorous designation curriculum qualifying her as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry obtaining a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Within the next year, she became a Certified Property Manager (CPM) enhancing her knowledge and broadening her professional resources.
Jillian oversees WPCs $400MM portfolio, specializes in multifamily sales, is very involved in the Oakland community, and is invested in continuing the family legacy. Her focus is on asset management and increasing the value of each client's investment.
In her spare time, Jillian enjoys quality time with her husband, two young children, her French Bulldog Bruiser; and is an avid Peloton rider.
